HOMEWORK: PICK ONE OR TWO SPECIAL LOVES AND SPECIAL HATES and write them down in your journal. Note: they can be the same person or different people and they do not need to be a primary relationship They can be teacher, parent, child, partner, business person, etc. All relationships matter. So, it truly does not matter who you pick. Write down under your special loves: WHAT IS THE VISION IN MY HEAD ABOUT WHAT YOU NEED FROM YOUR SPECIAL LOVE. Often people say things like: Time together Caring Affection Support – financial and emotional Listening Help with the kids This is too “generic”. As they say in my BNI groups – SPECIFIC IS TERRIFIC. You need to journal what do you mean exactly about time together? FOR EXAMPLE: How much time at Christmas, on your birthday, on a holiday – etc. Write down the exact picture of what you want in detail for every item = time, caring, affection, sex, talking, listening, etc. Do this for every item on your list of special loves and special hates. You need to know what the picture you have in your head around your special loves and special hates, looks like - exactly. These are your subconscious programming that the video talks about. We need to uncover what those pictures in your head look like in order to get conscious of what we need – and how we blow up people when they do not meet our needs. How we make them special hates.
